美国研究报告总结了客人在客房的50条活动规律

美国一份研究报告总结了客人在酒店客房里的一些基本活动规律,共有50条。这些活动规律在一定程度上反映了客人在酒店客房里的一些习惯和需求。作为酒店人可以借鉴这50条活动规律作为改进客房服务的参考。意在关照酒店人自身的服务素养,以期更好地了解客人的需求,从而为其提供主动的、人性化的超前服务。


以标准客房为例

1.选择靠墙一边床睡觉。
to choice the bed beside the wall.

2.躺着看电视。
lying down watching TV.

3.如果叫送餐到房间,90%客人有问题困扰。
a guest, who ask a meal delivering to hisroom, might be some problem with him at percentage of 90.

4.进门后一定会查看冰箱。
to check the fridge once coming into his room.

5.喜欢把钱财藏在席梦思下面,而非保险柜。
to hide his wealth under mattress ratherthan security box.

6.如果知道隔壁是位女士,会靠墙侧耳倾听。

7.会拿起电话听一下,再放下。

8.如果马桶盖覆盖,会掀起来看,但不一定会立即使用。

9.会打开水龙头放水。

11.客人一般穿条内裤进卫生间洗浴,但光着身子出来卧室。
